Shins were feeling a little tetchy the last couple days so decided to cross train today... so boring even with a couple episodes of Norsemen... sorry Nath D:

Went over to Prahran to go for a swim with Ais before being cooked a nice ol English roast... V nice!
Did some front crawl pyramids today just to keep the brain a bit occupied... tried to focus on breathing which made a huge difference to my usual front crawl stamina! Ais has also given me some tips to improve my form which is useful!

Nice trot with Ais from Hawthorn over to Yarra then along Yarra bend to Lentil as anything. Nice evening, alright temp and good as trails! Still feeling a bit flat and unmotivated to begin with but this company makes any run so much more enjoyable!

Kew Asylum- better Nav than the other day but a bad sleep yesterday and body is beat so pretty slow! Lost the will on the last loop with shut gates! Kept having to stop on warm up/down for a stitch

Absolutely buggered, so hot, so thirsty... needed a sugar stop at the top... but loved every second of it! So good to be home!!!

Bailed half way round on sprinterval training... was proper grumps by the time we actually got out to do it as we faffed a bit so it was pre brek but like 10am... don’t deal well with hunger or tiredness - I’m generally used to getting up at 5/6 and eating before heading into the gym so I already finding pre brek hard let alone so late. HR was so high, stomach and feet both aching, wasn’t getting anything out of it so called it. It’s so close the the Keys and a cool little map so a good one to save for another day! Feeling so out of routine and very unmotivated for road sessions... need to find some rhythm again after christmas
