SYO Regional Middle Hugset - really cool area and enjoyed the race but was a bit too scrappy to be happy with the result... lost maybe 4mins on silly mistakes on winsplits and then just slow and faffy around parts...
Woke up feeling like Id been hit by a bus, struggling with being straight back into work with jetlag so not a big surprise really

Easy PB but after some toast as I was SO hungry when I woke up thinking it was dinner time... felt good! slept through last night, even after falling asleep at 7... so fingers crossed jetlags not to bad! Pretty morning on the canal but so so godamn cold with a bit of snow over night!

One last jog around the Yarra with Nath. Freaked all the fruit bats out so they were flapping about around us which was pretty cool!
It was so stinking hot and my feet were pretty achy from walking around the tennis yesterday! Real nice last Melb run though.

Going to the Aus Open so could only fit in a PB with Nath, felt pretty tired and like I needed more rest before running!
Murray/Bautista match at the Open was just incredible - so lucky to have been there for it!
