Northern Night Champs... weird one because I ran in thinking... that wasnt too bad I've probably placed... only to see that Chloe Haines had taken almost 9mins out of me which was a bit of a surprise - learning curve that I hesitate more and mistakes are bigger than what they seem in the dark... and that a cold slows you down, no matter how mentally over it you are!
1min on first control, 1min leg 3, 1min long leg, 30s leg 8, 20s leg 9, 20s leg 10, 3mins leg 12... and that doesnt include hesitations... yeah ok you can start to see where it adds up

Really shouldnt be running Tipsy Sportsman after having the day off of work with this cold and still feeling full of it... decided to, then had words with myself and Lova and decided not to.... then decided to just go for one pub, just to get a time on the board and be able to win the series.... which turned into a couple of pints with Grace and Lova, an easy mosey around and then everyone round for dinner... hopefully I wont be paying for my stupid decisions too hard tomorrow.
