Crossfit
- warmup
- 25 min working on squat snatch (i think) - was way better today than 3 weeks ago
- WOD: 10 squat snatch, 15 dips x 4 - did half the dips on rings

Mtn Biking 50:00 [3]

Got home from crossfit as Bart was heading out the door to bike. Jumped on for a shorter ride than him cause i had to get to the office. Felt like i ran on empty all afternoon because i didn't sleep a lot on call last night,
