Warmup
Skill: (1) clean and snatch - then practice with a kettle ball - found this hard to coordinate so used a low weight; (2) Double unders: so hard
WOD: 4 x 10 KB snatch, 40 double unders (really what this meant is 10 single skips, trial of a DU, then 10 single skips. etc)
Extra: 10 pull ups x 3 - used the orange strap today (moving up); dips on rings - started with orange strap and moved up to the purple
