Lots of drills today. Left shoulder still bothering me.

Run with Bart on 5 km loop and Inspiration = 8 km. Feeling sick today so unfortunately lots of walking initially. But by the end i felt better.

Ride out to the end of the pavement. Small extra loop at the end to see Sara and Kevin's new house in development.
