Run in fresh snow. First part with Logan and Bart, second half alone. Lungs getting better. Still lots of coughing though. Not really sure on the distance, just a guess.

Slow classic ski to get the lungs back in service. Felt not bad.

Rough weekend. Quite sick with a bad cold. Didn't move the last few days at all. Today managed to sit and spin my legs. Starting to feel a bit more human. Haven't had a doozy like this in a long time!
