Nice classic ski wtih Sara at the Canmore Nordic Centre. The first 5.5 km was relatively flat and we felt like we couldn't get our HR up. But the last half we found some hills and made it feel more like home. :)

Flexibilty yoga. Did in the Banff Springs Hotel in our mediocre room.
80 min ride up Mt Lemmon to Windy Point (on DVD). 14 miles straight up. Tough tough climb with only a small 30 sec downhill is small chain ring. All the rest was in the large chain ring. Last part of ride easy spin which didn't feel too easy!
