Run with Atsuko along greenbelt then down airport way to Catherwood and then up to Resort and back home along greenbelt. Did 6 strides on way home: 1st two up hill after we reached the peak of the resort, followed by 1 by the elementary schools in Arrow Heights followed 3 strides approx 5 mins apart along greenbelt on the way home. 3 of 4 we pushed it so hard we needed a short walk to recover. Tough way to finish but we felt good to have done it.

Nice ride on mtn bike from Mardi's to Martha Creek. Seat kept slipping down which was a bit annoying. Road looked good enough next time i will take my road bike.
