Hike up to Mt Cartier lookout. Brisk walk and ran on way down the hill.

2 spinervals workouts: road up Gates Pass in Arizona for 1hr 8 min and then threshold time saver workout for 35 min, followed by cool down. Think i will be sore tomorrow. Weather is rainy so no option to ride outside.

Drove to Salmon Arm 'cause our pool is closed for 3 weeks.

Ride with Bart in Salmon Arm. Road 15 km on part of the Century Ride with Bart and then road back to truck. Bart road all the way to Vernon. Was such a beautiful day i would have loved to ride all the way too but alas someone had to bring the truck to Vernon.

Run around high school 3 times with the dog. Then out to Eastern Access Rd and did 6 x 30 sec hill sprints (well steady run) and then back on rest of CPR Rd which included another hill. Not great sleep last night b/c Bart won't stop doing weird things in his sleep. So feeling pretty tired.

Watched a movie today while on the trainer. Wanted to do a long ride outside but it was raining. :( So instead managed 11/2 hrs. Did 3 x 10 min big chain ride hard push and 10 min rest. Rest at high cadence.
