Easy mtn bike with Liz, Sara, Kevin, Doris, and Brenden. Easy spin in not so technical terrain.

Run into Big Eddy into the trails and then picked up the dog for some more trails on our side of the river. Tough run today. Very tired and hamstring not at it's best. I pretended today like i was walking the water stations in the race. Was the only way i made it through the distance.

Nice run to the Big Eddy and then down along the trails in the shade and back. Early morning run but it was already so hot! Having troubles with my hamstring these days. Was going to mtn bike today but will take it easy instead!
