Run down to the Big Eddy along the trails and back, then up around McDonalds and back home. Make a huge difference eating a gel before the run. I wonder if this is partially why my recent runs have been so bad. Early in the season i always ate a gel pre-long run. But have gotten lazy lately. I guess nutrition really is important!
