Slow easy run. Goal HR 145 and no higher. Ran on some snow filled trails which made it even harder to run.

All done in the gym in Mainz, Germany. 30 mins on the treadmill, 25 mins on the eliptical, and 35 mins on the bike. Last gym workout as heading home today. Actually didn't mind the gym thing.
