Nice classic ski with Sara followed by Modern treats. Can't beat that!

Easy run on the icy greenbelt.

Spinning 45:00 [3]

Easy run followed by spin. Varied things by adding some high cadence with bigger chain ring work.

Swim 50:00 [3] 2.2 km (22:44 / km)

Cadence swim workout. Not feeling 100% so cut out 500 m early.

Cadence workout. Last 20 mins got all messed up b/c different workers kept knocking on the door.

Treadmill run:
- 15 min warmup
- 4 x (4 min mod-high cadence; 1 min fast)
- 3 x 90 sec steep hill, walk down; 3 x 2 min mod hill, run down

Cooldown: supposed to do lunges and walk. Tried 10 lunges and my hammies cramped up. Almost needed a ride home from the rec centre 1 block away.
