Spinning 2:00:00 [3]

Spinning 'cause it's cold and not very nice outside. 1h25 min tempo ride up Mt Lemmon. Pushed 180-190 W for most and then in the end up to 200-220 W. HR up to 160 b/min in the end. Felt pretty gross by the end. Then did 35 min of easy cadence to cool down.

Run 45 min; bike 45 min; run 45 min. Hit the wall 25 mins before the end. Considered running into 7 eleven for a candy but had no money. Then considered going to the modern b/c they have samples on the counter. But i was too embarassed. Went into the trails at the end and this seems to help deter my hunger and lightheadedness. Reminded the hard way how impt nutrition is.

Mt bike w Mardi along the greenbelt trail.

Run 30:00 [3]

Run along greenbelt trails immediately after.

Mtn Biking 30:00 [3]

Followed by another mt biking session. Mardi fell and hit her head so we cut the rest of the workout short. Which was OK 'cause it was cold and rainy.
