Rode out and back from Osoyoos up Richter to the rolling hills. Thought Richter would be bad but the rollers are the worst! Even worse in the reverse direction!

Transition run off the bike. Got major cramp and really had to slow down. The heat really got to me!
Goal was for a hilly climb. First cllimbed up the dam hill. Then headed up westside road to the end of the pavement. Then i thought i'd climb up the Eastern access but ran out of time and had to head up to the hospital.
