Run from Mardi's down to the 5 km loop. Goal was to run 75% and hike the rest. We probably did this. The weather was warmer and we both felt dehydrated by the finish.
Swim25:00 [3] 1.6 km (15:37 / km)
Easy swim at Williamson Lake to yet used to the buoy's Mardi put out there. It felt so good to get in the water with the warm weather and tough run.
Easy lake swim drafting most of the way. Practice of transition out of the water.
Road Biking1:49:00 [3] 4200.0 km (2 / km)
Out 1 hour up Richter Pass and down. Hit a few of the rollers and turned around. The way back was 10 mins shorter. Sure didn't feel like it the day before!
Run1:47:00 [3] 17.6 km (6:05 / km) shoes: Adistar Ride #3
Out and back x 2 on part of the Osoyoos Half Iron loop. Quite a scenic run really but wish it was one big loop!
