Hike from the museum up to the top of the ski jump. Then around the 2 km loop.

Bart drove us to Std Basin. Couldn't get up the last 5 km to the parking lot. Some one had made a mud bath with a bulldozer for fun. The car couldn't get up the rest of the way. So ended up for a much shorter ride at MacPherson.

Swim 1:15:00 [3]

Master's swim. Shoulder little sore because of a hard swim 2 days ago. Tonight a little easier. Good to be back in the water

Back in the pool again with Masters. Was a tough workout but nice to be back with the gang. My goal is to get faster and more efficient this season.

Strength Training 1:00:00 [3]

First Core session back at helios. Much bigger group this year as we joined the pre-ski season session. 25 1 minute stations with 20 seconds rest done twice. It was a real wake up call!

Ride in Merritt on our way home to Revy. Legs were feeling pretty tired on the climb. Time for a rest day.
