Interval workout this am. Boy was my heart a pounding!

Cross Country skiing 1:15:00 [3] 12.5 km (6:00 / km)

Skate ski with Lizzie and Atsuko and the dogs. Interesting conditions because it was actually firmer lower down then higher up.

Cross Country skiing 1:05:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:30 / km)

Challenging classic ski today. Should have skated instead. I even brought my skate gear but was too lazy to change.

Strength Training 10:00 [3]

Yoga Flex today. Not my fav yoga by far.

Spinning 1:00:00 [3]

Cross Country skiing 25:00 [3] 4.2 km (5:57 / km)

Icy classic ski. Logan needed some exercise. So after the dog loop I pulled the plug and went home.

Strength Training 10:00 [3]

2nd workout. Today i wasn't too impressed. The exercise band that came with it is too hard. I can't pull it above my head. Plus it seems a bit crazy and out of control. I'll give it a few more day. But i'm skeptical.

Cross Country skiing 1:10:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:22 / km)

Tough slog through wet and heavy snow while skate skiing. Would have been a better day for classic. Neil and Kir skied with us today which was a nice treat. Then we ate the most delicious pasta at La Baguette on the way home.

Strength Training 10:00 [3]

Started 10 min workout by Tony Horton. Thought it was worth a try.
