Mtn Biking 1:30:00 [3] +400m

Nice ride in Pocatello, Idaho on the way home. Quite wet and found my slick tires a little scary. Nice to be back on my bike.

Hiking 1:50:00 [3] +600m

Climbed almost up to the Observation point. The plan for Bart was a workout. So we went up for 1 hour and 5 mins and then turned around in order to get back to the hotel and shower before checkout. I made it almost right up to the mesa. He made it to the top. It was a beautiful morning.

Run 45:00 [3]

Run by myself up 28 mins and then back to the condo. Raining a bit today but my legs didn't feel too bad.

Hiking 2:00:00 [3] +400m

Angels landing trail at Zion National Park. But the ending short b/c the final lookout was a scarry narrow ridge that i knew i may not handle. After doing it Bart agreed i'd made the right choice.

Mtn Biking 2:00:00 [3]

Fun ride right outside of our condo on Bear claw Poppy trail. Rich rode over a lizard and unfortunately killed it. I added to the insult and rode over it's tail next. Poor lizard, we felt horrible. Did 2 x 5 mins tempo and 1 x 4 mins tempo. Super fun trail system overall.

Hiking 45:00 [3] +200m

Hike with Sean, Juliann, Rich, and Bart at Snow Canyon State Park. Trail was hard to follow but who needs a trail when you can climb up and over the slick rock.
