Long slow run. Tough going at first. Slower 2nd half 'cause Bart dropped of the dog and his hips were really bugging him.

Mtn Biking 45:00 [3]

Easy ride with Marie Helene who is new to mtn biking. She had a big crash, rolled metres down a steep embankment. Just lost balance on a slight uphill only there was nothing to her right but a steep down. But she was all in one piece (thank heavens) and promises to continue riding. I was so impressed.

Gentle re-intro into running. Took Logan down to the trials which are flooded. In adventure racing style i decided i'm not afraid of a little water but when i was knee high i changed my plan and decided to push my way across to a different trail. Only problem was some of the weeds were up to my neck and were prickly. Poor Mr. Logan. :(

Hike up to ski jump and then a attempt to run around the 2 km loop.

Felt great to be back in the water. But my breathing was laboured by the end and i bailed out early. Still recovering from BCBR.
