Run with Atsuko and the dogs around Inspiration Woods first and then the 5 km loop. Feeling pretty pooped after last nights race. Might have to take a miss on swimming tonight.

Rough Toonie Race. Definetely the hardest race by far. First of all i was exhausted. Still don't feel as good as when i was doing BC Bike Race. Painful long climb and then TNT all the way down which was hard on the body x 2. The last decent was way more fun then the first and i temporarily forgot my frustration!

Quick hike/run up to the ski jump and then around the 2 km loop with Logan before heading up to the hospital to check on Bart. Poor guy.

Back on a program. Or at least did Day 1.
