50 m dolphin dive
50 slow mo br
50 double arm back
50 1 arm fly
200 m HUFR PBH : breath 5
200 m log roll : fly kick fr
100 m RIM kick
100 m RIM

3 times:
- 3 x 50 m build at 1 min
- 2 x 75 m (25 m easy/25 m fast/25 m easy) at 1:40
2 min rest
- 100 min all out sprint
- 50 m pull buoy easy

400 m cool down

Hiking 40:00 [3]

Quick hike/run in between the OR this morning and my afternoon in clinic. Screwed up and forgot i had a phone consult with a neurologist about a patient at 12:30 so ended up talking at the end of my workout feeling glad i brought my phone but stupid that i forgot about it.

Up You are here, down Hemlock Groove and then the reverse. Then onto Forplay and Sex on the Beach. Still don't like the later. Some trail improvements have taken place but i still walked a fair bit. I would rather run this trail.

Forced myself to get up prior to Day 2 of our course today. Felt much more awake as a result. And feel less of a blob logging this now.
