Only 2 hours of sleep so wasn't a great workout but felt good to be in the water getting some exercise.

New yoga which seemed more like a cardio workout than true yoga.

Tough hike up the ski jump and then ran around the 2 km loop. Feeling really tired today.

Phamtom fest ride. Rode this in a hula skirt. Was tough to get into at first 'cause it been a long week and busy with 4 days of long hours with courses plus work on the other days. After an hour i found my groove and really enjoyed being out with the group.
