Cross Country skiing 3:15:00 [3]

Great ski weekend at the Sovereign Lake ski camp. Day 1 was skate technique in the morning. Spent about 2 hours. Was amazing how exhausting it is to be inefficient. Had a great coach who used to be on the Australian national cross country team. She was great at not overloading with too many things all at once. Then spent the afternoon up at Silverstar just enjoying a nice ski and fine tuning some of the new skills learned.

Tough swim today. Always tough the first swim back.

100 m dolphin dive
200 m fins db arm back stroke
300 m 25 m HUFr with pull buoy, 25 m breath 5
8 x 50 m of 25 m fr/25 m br on 1 min (half with fins)
8 x 50 of 25 m fr/25 m bk on 1 min (half with fins)
8 x 50 of 25 m of fr/25 m fly on 1 min (generous 1 min) - all with fins
200 m easy pull buoy
8 x 100 m (easy then fast)
- did mix of fr, IM (minus fly), pull buoy
200 m cool down

Great first day out with Sara and Bart. Took it easy with my cold. Fun to get out though. Conditions were pretty good!
