Easy run hike through the trails. Seemed to be so much water so ended up doing more walking than i planned. But am tired after last nights swim.

Tough swim tonight. Lots of anaerobic work. Can't do a swim like that on Thursday night. Too intense pre-race.

Double ride day. Final ride with the girls at CPR this morning for just over an hour prior to their departure. Then an afternoon ride with Atsuko and joined by Sara, Kev, and Kim. I'm so tired. Can't make dinner tonight.....
