Nice slog with Catherine. Very slow snow today. Felt like we skied doubled the distance we did based on the effort we put in.

Run with Logan. He seemed not interested so was a lot of stop and go until i put him on leash and dragged him home.

Flow yoga class at balu. Really enjoyed the class. Have really struggled to find one i like. Problem is it was at 4 pm which doesn't work on days i'm working in the office only on OR days like today.

Back to Mcgill today. Not feeling great so pulled the plug early. Worst ski ever on the summer trail out. Sometimes i feel with skiing that i feel like i'm getting better and then something always proves me wrong. Make me so frustrated.....
