Not much sleep last night. Struggled through a wet run with Logan. The bonus was I could get on a few trails. Logan got super excited on the trails.

Managed 55 mins before getting called to the hospital. Felt nice to be in the pool but the higher intensity of intervals seemed a bit foreign after a week of touring.
