Really tough swim this morning. I'm so sore from yesterday and Bart got called in for a C-Section for some unknown reason when we are not working this weekend at 1 am so i felt tired (imagine how he's feeling).

300 m choice swim
250 m FLY kick on back w fins
200 m PBH HUFr/skull
100 m slowmo br
3 times:
5 x 50 m
5 x 100 m
First: 1500 m race pace
Second: PBH descent 1->5
Third: Best Avg w fins
(skipped the two last 50 m to join up with the fast group)
200 m easy

Long day at Rogers Pass doing the Young's Peak Traverse. Long slog up. Some challenges with footing. The final ascent was very scary for me. Atsuko coached me step by step. Unfortunately the snow conditions down were not great. Quite tracked. Still nice to get out but unless it snows won't be heading back out at least this weekend.

Great run with Logan mostly on trails. So nice to be on trails. Still some snow to run over but not bad.
