First Wednesday Night Headlamp Heroes Toonie Race. Today was classic discipline. The condition were beautiful. Went just to ensure the race series had some people who attended. But there were over 30 people there. We had official timing setup because the club was practicing for their big race at the end of December. Started with an easy warmup. Then raced 7.5 km in 36:09. Was enough to make me not last. 10 minutes cool down after. Pretty painful race with lots of lactic acid and at times feeling like i was close to vomiting. Was definitely level 2 fun. :)
