Back Country skiing 5:00:00 [3] +1500m

Fun day at the Furry and Burnt knob. Sun came out in the parking lot. In town it never did. Nice walk up. Learning the new skis. They seem to like big turns. Can't quite spoon Bart's turns anymore More alder than i would have liked. Still early season out there.

Back Country skiing 3:00:00 [3] +1000m

Great last minute tour with Atsuko and Bart. Slept until 9. Bart decided at 10:30 we should do out for a walk. Left the parking lot at the fingers at noon. Tried out the new skis. They felt pretty nice. A bit weird on the nordic trails. But i won't ski them ever at a resort. Probably some of the best snow so far this season. Let it snow…..

Back Country skiing 5:30:00 [3] +1500m

Epic day up the Womb. We had heard the skiing was good. Long 1500 m climb up. Track was steep and at times felt like i was skinning on skates. Then had some really nice sections on the way down mixed with some really challenging sections. Level 2 and at times i wondered if it's be Level 3 fun - but as i write this i feel like it was probably Level 2. Left knee felt like a mess at the end. Could barely walk back to the car. Physio starts next week.
