Yoga at the Recreation Centre. Was free yoga advertised so Atsuko and i figured we best try it out. Great instructor but tough times for me to get to. Her regular classes are during the day on Mon, Tues, Wed.

Sweet beats soul shine flow yoga at Wellwinds. Great group. Atsuko, Lizzie, and Katie joined me.

Tough cross country ski. Initial warmup was the dog loop 1.5 times in 10-15 cm of snow. Then onto Mickey's and Evelyn. Coach Bart pushed me to do some intervals.

Nice skate ski with Atsuko and the dogs. The dog loop was a bit bumpy. But Mickey's and Evelyn's loop was great. Feeling generally really tired after a long in the ER and labouring the New Years baby. Skipped touring today in place of some rest.
