Run 2:30:00 [3] 18.0 km (8:20 / km)

Rainy dreary day. Atsuko and i set out initially on the road for 55 minutes out by Cartier and actually discomfort a nice trail off the road. Then headed up to the Mt Cartier lookout with the dogs. Ended up back at the car at 1:39 and we wanted to be out for 2 hours and we were depressed by the distance we'd accomplished so decided to hike/run back up cartier. Think we were maybe 5 mins slower on the way up and it was so much more comfortable. We ran the full way out even on the ups.

Bonus swim. My workshop finished on time and so made it to swimming. Felt good to be there.

Hiking 45:00 [3]

Hike run up Cartier. Made it to the top in approx. 25 mins. Feeling pretty tired. But trails are snow free. Just a bit muddy in spots.

Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

Really tough session with Sara. Ran these after work and finished up my charts later. Really needed to let go of some work related stuff i've been dealing with. Feeling a bit better now.

Swim 1:10:00 [3]

Really tough swim tonight. Kind of out of my league in my lane lately.

Road Biking 1:15:00 [3] 30.0 km (2:30 / km)

Out and back on airport way with Atsuko. Early morning get up in Vancouver. Arrived home at 1 pm and then out for a ride before back to work.

Run 1:47:00 [3] 15.0 km (7:08 / km)

Long slow run with Sean and Juliann. Sean mastered the Stanley Park trail network. It felt so good to get off cement. A lot more climbing that i expected but it was good. My quads felt totally trashed during this run from the two previous days but overall i felt so much healthier than last week's run where i thought i was going to die.
