Feeling tired and out of shape today. Only road single track today plus a bit of pushing through snow. Less the last week. Trails are surprisingly dry here.

Out and back to Martha Creek. The road was in rough shape and I had a headwind for the way out (better than the opposite). Then met Liz and road out and back on airport way.

focusing on stretching today.

Rode to the criterium tonight. Then one practice lap. Then about 17.5 km of laps during the 30 min race. Quite painful but managed to stay with the top 3 in the B group race.

Easy ride on the greenbelt first with Logan (and 10 mins with Bart). Then met Atsuko and Vikki and we biked out to Macpherson. Then picked up Suzanne and rode every trail that is possible now (now including the hike a bike from yesterday). Then back home.
