Another hike run up the Summit trail. Didn't feel like running up hill so allowed myself to enjoy a steep hike. Then ran downhill. Was with my fav exercise pal Logan. He was really the reason i got up - he always needs exercise.

Run with Logan. Spent about 5 mins walking in the Columbia up to my waist. I really wanted to run on the trails and there is lots of water in the green belt trails right now. I thought if i got past a certain point it would get better. But i was so wrong and had to turn around. My legs were so cold.

Road Race team time trial. Rode to the event, then raced for 36 minutes. Thank heavens for my teammates. It was very painful. Then rode home.

First ride at the Nordic trails. Atsuko and I had fun playing around on the trails. My fav trail was soft yoghurt. Second ride was at Mount Shadow in Golden. Some scary descending initially but then got way better. Think i might like to go back and try it again.

Day 2 of riding in the Canmore area. Rode the Jumpingpound/Cox loop with the gang. The up was super challenging. Felt like my legs had nothing to give. But the final descent made up for it.
