Early morning hike up and down Eagle pass on our way to Kelowna and then Salmon Arm. By the time we were done i think we would have enjoyed having a nap but we had too much to do before sleeping.

Great run/hike with Atsuko. Ran on a new trail at the resort up to mid mountain lodge and then did the North and South loop. Felt fun to run somewhere new.

Mtn Biking 1:15:00 [3]

Final Mtn Bike Toonie race by headlamp. I did 1.5 laps in 1:02. Was hard to feel like a race. I was the only female and last. I can't see very well on trails at the best of time so add complete darkness and a headlamp and it wasn't much better. I enjoyed Hemlock Groove and Yew are Here. But once we got to Foreplay and Sex on the Beach I found it too technical to ride in the dark. Glad i tried it but i don't feel like i could push like i normally do in these races which was a bit disappointing Sometimes the hardest thing was trying to find where on earth my pedal was when i clipped out to clip back in ….

Long day. Early morning wake up to go and ride one last time in Whistler followed by a long drive home.

First night of nordic yoga. Signed up at Balu for the fall.

Easy paced mtn biking. Some on easily Lost Lake trails then onto the Valley trail back to Whistler with Bart's parents and sister. Another beautiful day.

Run 42:00 [3]

Run around Cut Your Bars Trail in Whistler. Bart was practising his orienteering. This time i just followed behind.
