Early morning run. Was on call last night with the resident. Planning a ride with the ladies this afternoon but i was afraid that i might get called for a delivery and then i'd get no exercise. So Logan and I headed to CPR trails and then up the ski jump and then around the newly refurnished 2 km loop. Beautiful fall morning. THe leaves on the ground are still confusing me. I can't believe its the end of Sept!

Nice run with Bart and Logan at Macpherson. Felt better today running. I think it was the coffee and breakfast before running.

Run along the greenbelt. Was going to do a lazy ride on my bike on the trainer but Logan wanted to go for a run. So i decided to run instead. Felt a bit better than last week but i'm so tired this week.

Depressingly the yoga was 1.5 hours and i only feel like there was 10 worthwhile minutes. So frustrating.

Road Biking 3:54:00 [3] 87.7 km (2:40 / km)

Beautiful day for our year end road cycling ride with the RCA. Rode in Salmon Arm to Armstrong, then to Enderby and back to Salmon Arm. I felt pretty good for not having riden my rode bike much at all this year but the pace was quite casual.
