So tired this afternoon. Skied with Logan twice on the dog loop and then did Mickey's loop before heading to the vet for Logan.

Headlamp Heroes Race #2. Super fun 600 m sprint race. Warmed up for 5.5 km on the dog loop with Logan first. Then practised the horrendous hill involved with the loop. Did 3 race loops. Overall it was super fun.

300 m (75 m easy, 25 m fast, 50 m easy, 50 m fast, 50 m easy, 50 m fast)
4 x 100 m descend 1-4 with stroke count

9 x 50 m kick
- 1 kick/1 swim
- 2 kicks/1 swim
- 3 kicks/1 swim

50 m easy

Snow filled run with Logan to get him exercise. Lots of snow but i managed to run where the streets were plowed.

Pretty steady classic ski today. Bit cold out so the glide wasn't great. Tried our waxable skis. Had to really focus on technique to not slip. But my waxable skis are really light which was nice.

Yoga 45:00 [3]

Advanced flow yoga on yogadownload.com. Was too hard and i got frustrated. But actually managed to do some holds that i didn't know was possible for me so i guess there were some positives.
