Great morning workout. Actually dragged Bart with me as well. Missed the pool this last week while i was not allowed to go.

Cross Country skiing 1:00:00 [3]

Nice skate ski with Atsuko and the dogs and then another loop on our own. A bit soft but it's better than ice. Was great for one skating.

Easy classic ski. Conditions were slippery and so we did a mix of classic and skate (on our classic skis). Nice to get out. Was tired and likely would not have gone if Bart didn't want to go.

Tough ski with Juliann, Danny, Myra, and Tom. Was on a new pair of skate skis which were lovely. Did a lot of climbing and descending today. Skied some trails i haven't skied in years and some new ones too which was fun. I really struggled with not bonking all day and didn't feel quite on my game but still managed. Left it all out there today. Couldn't not have skied another step. Finished the day with lunch at the Bugaboo cafe.
