Great turn out at swimming. I always enjoy Sat morning swims.

First ride of the year with Vikki and Jaelyn. Super fun ride on all of the lower Macpherson trails. Most of them were relatively dry. Just SOB was quite muddy.

Trail run with Logan. Feeling particularly tired this morning. Had to walk a bit.

Bart went mountain biking but i needed to fix some stuff on my road bike so i opted for another road bike ride. Rode into the wind on the way home which is always hard.

New seat mast so had to make some adjustments to the bike. Doesn't feel quite as nice. Hope i can figure it out before our trip.
