Great trail run with the Hellos trail running club. Was so much more satisfied than last week. Am away now the next few Sats and it sounds like they don't get great turnout in the summer so i guess we will see when the next schedule run is.

Tough swim mentally. No one showed up to swim in my lane but myself. Thank heaven's Julia was there to coach otherwise i might have bailed.

Last road toonie race before the summer. Only two women showed up so Amanda and I rode together. I enjoyed her tugging me for the first two laps, then i took a turn (nearly killed me but was good to push it), then behind her again until the end when I pushed it up the final climb. The ladies did 4 to the mens 5. Managed to cross the finish line just before the men caught up. Was a really beautiful night.

All single track today. Had some tough climbs. Was hot but really enjoyed the ride.

Ride up and around Yankee Flats. Beautiful morning but was really tired.
