Another open water swim. This time with Seani's wetsuit. I love his wetsuit. Mine is so old. I never knew what a good wetsuit could do for buoyancy.

Open water swim in Lake Joseph. Felt actually quite warm. But got the most intense shivering after so perhaps not that warm.

Nice easy ride at Macpherson. The weather was warm. My tummy was full of pancakes and the best coffee ever! Was riding my old tires as it's been dry here but had to ride them at 30 lbs pressure. It was not very enjoyable. Hopefully they will fully seal and i can let some air out. I was bouncing all over the trails.
