CPR/Toaster trails. Then 5 km loops and inspiration woods. Longest continuous running for me. I was really hurting the end and walking hills.

Suffer fest swim. It's always painful when you take 2 weeks off of the pool.

Toonie mtn bike race tonight. 10 mins warmup. Managed 3 laps. Was 2.5 mins late to the finish. But felt like i wanted to complete 3 laps. Was very slick and wet especially on Tantrum.

Didn't expect to go for a ride today so this was a bonus. Rode at the ski hill. It poured rain on the way home. It was so cold.
