Mtn Biking 47:00 [3]

Toonie race at RMR. Disappointing night. Super hot. When i finished my 2nd lap the boys finished the last lap. Felt unsatisfied and frustrated always "racing" by myself.

Meant to be bootcamp but it got cancelled 'cause i was the only one signed up.

Dirty feet race. Wanted to train for this race but too many other activities got in the way. After a bad weekend on call last weekend i signed up so that i'd feel like i accomplished something. Super hot day. Pushed it especially in the end. Happy given the small amt of running i've done.

Fun ride with Bart, Atsuko, Jordan, and Russ. Up to check out the course and clean it up prior to this week's Toonie race at RMR. Finished the ride by riding down Crowbar. Have walked up and down it many times and swore it was not for me. But have plans to ride down Cartier next weekend so thought i was best to try it. Wasn't so bad. Walked some but rode a lot too. Perfect time to do it as not wet at all.

Annual Joss mountain ride with Bart and Atsuko. Been so busy lately i made sure i made good use of my day off. Long hike-a-bike up. Really fun descent. Overall a great day.
