Run gone all wrong this am. Had to run to pick up my car this morning. Tripped and fell. Poorly executed a somersault and landed directly on my neck and hurt my neck. X-rays are normal but very painful neck. Hmmm. Disappointed. Sun is out and wanted to enjoy my day. But it could have turned out worse. :)
Hospital woke us up early. Decided to head to crossfit prior to my day of call.

WOD: 30 deadlifts, 30 burped jumping over bar, then 20, 15, 10, 5
(missed the 15 - just didn't see it) - felt fine stopping without doing it.
Crossfit. Great workout this morning. I've been trying to get Bart to come for 4 weeks. So... via attack point I challenge Bart to give it a try just once....
Warmup: swing on the rope, somersault, lunges - felt like a kid - it was so much fun
First attempt at climbing the rope - got halfway - so much harder than as a child
Skill: front squats - multiple squats figuring out technique and weight
WOD: 30 squats, 200 m run, 20 squats, 200 m run, 10 squats, 200 m
Rowing: 30 sec tabatas x 10
