Super tired after working all weekend. The weekend can't come fast enough but it feels like i have a mountain to climb before then.

Strength Training 40:00 [3]

Great crossfit class:

Warmup:
- 200 m run, 10 push ups, 10 wall balls, 10 lunges

Skill: dead lifts - my back is bothering me so i did some deadlifts with the kiddies training bar. Then i moved onto to cowbell squats instead.

WOD: 15 mins of as many rounds:
- 25 box jumps
- 200 m row
- 15 cowbell squats

Managed 4.5 rounds.

Run at Macpherson with Bart and Logan. Followed by a lovely 1.5 hour walk with Atsuko.

Solo ride with Logan. Felt so tired. But it was a beautiful day. Busy morning at the hospital. Seems a quick hour these days turn into 3 pretty quickly. :( Vicki was supposed to come but it didn't work out.
