Warmup:
- 200 m run, 10 push ups, 10 wall balls, 10 lunges
Skill: dead lifts - my back is bothering me so i did some deadlifts with the kiddies training bar. Then i moved onto to cowbell squats instead.
WOD: 15 mins of as many rounds:
- 25 box jumps
- 200 m row
- 15 cowbell squats
Managed 4.5 rounds.
