Quick but steady ride with Logan. Feeling lonely these days. Bart has been away a lot or wanting to do his own pace, Atsuko's injured, Vikki and Russ are away or our schedules don't align because of work. :(

Cyclocross 2:00:00 [3]

3 hour session on cyclocross skills in prep for the race tomorrow. Was great. Learned so many great tips. Was surprised how much we kept moving. Was a great group of people. Lots of people i knew even though i went by myself. Beautiful sunny afternoon.

Beautiful afternoon in Revy. Sun and no rain. Lovely hike at RMR with Atsuko and the dogs.

Strength Training 55:00 [3]

Killer crossfit workout. Warm up. Then 30 mins of alternating with a partner rowing for 200 m all out. My partner was great and super motivating. Managed around 1:56-8 pace. I was so anaerobic. Then at my request we did handstands. Although i was so tired that it wasn't as fun as last time.

- 10 min row - alternating with another women every 100 m

Another half run with my dad and then the rest by myself. Raining and a bit slippery this morning.
