3 hour session on cyclocross skills in prep for the race tomorrow. Was great. Learned so many great tips. Was surprised how much we kept moving. Was a great group of people. Lots of people i knew even though i went by myself. Beautiful sunny afternoon.

Killer crossfit workout. Warm up. Then 30 mins of alternating with a partner rowing for 200 m all out. My partner was great and super motivating. Managed around 1:56-8 pace. I was so anaerobic. Then at my request we did handstands. Although i was so tired that it wasn't as fun as last time.
