warmup back squats - 4 x 8 back squats at 70% - max is 150 lbs - lifted 108 lbs
WOD AMRAP in 10 mins: 3 x 70% max deadlift - 98 lbs, 3 muscle ups with green band
Not transitioning well to running. Lots of walking up hills. Thank heavens for Logan who forces me to keep moving. Maybe i should bring my iPod. Trails relatively dry thought at CPR.
