Crossfit 45:00 [3]

warmup: 3 times: snake, air squats, 5 push ups x 3
Skill/WOD: work up to 5 x 1 back squats - practised getting rid of the bar if it was too heavy. Maxed at 157 lbs.
3 x max pull ups: purple band x 3 - 12, 8.7= 7

Run 53:00 [3]

Same run as 1. 5 weeks ago. Felt so much better today. I attribute this to a few things. I was more rested, i was wearing my old shoes (all my new shoes hurts my legs), ate before the run.

Warmup: 5 supermans, 5 snakes, 5 air squats x 3
Skills: 5 x 1 build to max dead lift - long road towards this: lifted 120 lbs
WOD: 10 mins AMRAP: 5 x push press - 45 lbs, 5 x overhead squat - 45 lbs, 5 T2B -> not sure how many i got though - couldn't keep count
3 x max strict pull ups - 2 purple bands, did 8, 7, 6

First ride of the season at Ellison Park with Mike and Bart on the way home from Vancouver. Nice to get out. But i do not feel in biking shape.
