warmup: 3 times: snake, air squats, 5 push ups x 3
Skill/WOD: work up to 5 x 1 back squats - practised getting rid of the bar if it was too heavy. Maxed at 157 lbs.
3 x max pull ups: purple band x 3 - 12, 8.7= 7

Same run as 1. 5 weeks ago. Felt so much better today. I attribute this to a few things. I was more rested, i was wearing my old shoes (all my new shoes hurts my legs), ate before the run.
