Warmup 20 mins. Feeling a bit tired. Then did 4 pick ups on the way home. Funny but i feel better when i run a bit faster.

Tour of the town trails with Vikki, Bret, and Bart. Was a beautiful morning.

Warmup: 500 m row, 30 pushups
Skills: OH squat, rope climbs
WOD: 24:45
5 times: 10 OH squats, 5 dips, 5 rope climbs (repeat but each round 1 less rope climb)

Felt great to be on my mtn bike. Energy was good. Trails were very wet.

Run in the rain with Logan. Got up just for him. Turns out Bart didn't pay attention and he went for a second run later today. :)

Stressful day yesterday and couldn't sleep. Up early to spin on my bike.

Too nice of a day not to get out on the road later in the day

warmup: 3 times: snake, air squats, 5 push ups x 3
Skill/WOD: work up to 5 x 1 back squats - practised getting rid of the bar if it was too heavy. Maxed at 157 lbs.
3 x max pull ups: purple band x 3 - 12, 8.7= 7

Run 53:00 [3]

Same run as 1. 5 weeks ago. Felt so much better today. I attribute this to a few things. I was more rested, i was wearing my old shoes (all my new shoes hurts my legs), ate before the run.
